Leeds does rock! It has a decent comic shop and some great Victorian art in its free City Art Gallery. Plus the National Armouries Museum (also free) for poeple who like looking at weapons. The one-way road system is bitch, though, so I don't recommend driving there...
Although, for us tourists, one-way roads would remove that whole "driving on the opposite side of the street" challenge. ; )
